Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Josh grew up in Oakland, California. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Missouri-​Columbia. Prior to enrolling in law school, Josh taught third grade in the Kansas City, Missouri public school system. During law school, Josh worked as a law clerk at the Milwaukee headquarters of Gonzalez, Saggio & Harlan, one of the largest minority-​owned law firms in the country. Josh graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law, where he served as the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Gender, Race & Justice.

Josh served as a litigation attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Minnesota. Josh’s experience at Fredrikson provided him with the resources and expertise he needed to open his own practice in 2009.

Josh is passionate about promoting justice, fairness, civil rights, and otherwise standing up for people who are not situated to stand up for themselves.
