I went to get my toes done a few days before my wedding… It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had! The guy was literally pumicing the tops of my toes! My skin was burning for days. I also hated how the color looked when he finished and I said that. But all he said was «it looks nice!» And he wouldn’t change it. It was not relaxing at all and I complained but they wouldn’t refund me later. The manager stated she couldn’t pay her employee if she gave me a refund. That’s not my problem!!! Businesses in America give refunds or at least listen to the customer. DONT GO HERE!

New owners. Really clean. Friendly staff. Great pedicure with perafin wax. Defiantly try them will be going back here. Cant find a cleaner one on lake street/​minnehaha area.

My friend and I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure because it was one of the cheapest we found (were both in college). Turns out you get what you pay for. Our pedicures were done right, but nothing special about them. There was one lady switching between both of us at the same time– which is really frustrating to me. Id rather them tell us to wait until there’s enough people.
The gel manicures were astonishingly difficult and turned out horribly. First of all, they only had two ‘dryers’ for gel manicures, and one was already being used for another customer. So we were being switched off again, so frustrating. Then, after my friend’s nails were finished, the nail Polish had dried to the center of her nail and not along the outside. Aka, hello to another 30 minutes (at least) in this god-​forsaken salon. I had already gotten the manicure portion done and another man painted my nails. He was obviously not having a very good day based on his attitude. When he finished painting he and I both noticed a smudge in my nail, and he didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t either because I wanted to get the hell out of there as soon as possible. My friend and I are both unhappy with our gel manicures. We plan on going back tomorrow to see if they can either fix our nails or give us a refund for the manicure.
The only reason I have two stars was because of the mediocre pedicure and the lady who did our pedicures, she was very nice, which makes it so much more difficult to be honest.
