I have a strong imagination. Ever since I was little, I enjoyed the process of creation. Whether it was in a sand box as a child, exploring architectural design in graduate school or composing the perfect photograph over the last ten years, creativity is my life long obsession.

I started this incredible journey immediately after high school. Since 2004 I’ve worked in various capacities as a studio manager, associate photographer and editor. In 2010 I started Joe Krummel Photography + Design and haven’t looked back.

My work begins well before I ever press the shutter. First, I listen to your story and share mine with you. Behind the lens I work to create a fun, comfortable experience where your genuine personalities can shine. Then, I utilize my artistic vision to craft fresh, timeless images. My work is constantly evolving, but it leans towards being modern-​photo-​journalistic in style.
