Ughhh, what an experience. First off, I had an appt at 11:00, when I arrived 10 minutes early, there were two families in front of me, one in the studio and one waiting. The girl said I’ll be with you in about 20 minutes. Fine, I’m ok with that. One hour and 5 minutes later, I was finally brought in for 5 minutes of pictures. Nothing was said to me that whole hour as in, we are sorry we are running behind or anything. I didn’t even get a thanks for waiting until I was checking out. Seriously, some people have jobs and I took off work for an appt that was only 5 minutes long and took me 2 hours with drive time. A: I shoud’ve gotten a discount and B: give me a call if you are running that far behing. jeez. I realize babies take longer and it’s unpredictable, but at least acknowledge that I am waiting and have waited a long time. In the end, I only liked one picture, but think the whole thing looks cheesy. so I’m asking for a refund. This was for a website, so a professional business pic. Not good!
