Fully handicap accessible.

Nursery available during worship services for infants to age 6.

Parking is available on street or in our parking lot. The parking lot is on Lake Street between 28^th and 29^th Avenues, just across from U.S. Bank. The church building itself is about ½ block southwest of the lot. A sidewalk leads from the parking lot through our rain garden to the church.

Holy Trinity is also the site for Bright Prospects Preschool and Metro Work Center.

History

Established in 1904.

Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and its dynamic congregation has been a place of deeply-​rooted Christian worship and a leader at the forefront of various issues concerning Longfellow, surrounding neighborhoods, the city, and the world. Holy Trinity continues to be committed to these communities today. South Minneapolis and Holy Trinity are both gaining diversity, which people of Holy Trinity believe provides greater vitality, strength and understanding. As our motto states, «We welcome, with no exception, all people to the full life of this community of faith.»

While people come from different walks of life, the center of the congregation’s life is worship in the name of Jesus the Christ. Participation in Word and Sacrament enables people of God to transcend all which separates us from one another.
