EXCELLENT beer and wine selection! This isn’t your place for a huuuge selection of hard liquors (but they do have many), it’s your place for a HUGE selection of beer and wine! Also the staff is amazing. All so friendly and happy to help you make a decision or just chat about what’s new and what they like! Also, plenty of tastings always seem to be happening.

Worst customer service EVER! «Nobody cares why you hate your life» its called customer service and working this job is a choice since you live in the United states.

DISCRIMINATION. I went in to buy a limited edition beer for my boyfriend as a new years gift, and my friend came and wanted to buy himself one too. It was one bottle per costumer, well we were two paying costumers and yet we left with one bottle. The owner walks up to us and says «I want to buy one is that ok? i am the owner» No, its not okay and who cares if you are the «owner». I am a paying costumer and this is a gift for my boyfriend. He was completely rude and has NO RIGHT to deny me of my purchase just because my friend wanted to buy himself a bottle as well. We are two SEPARATE paying costumers, therefore following the «rules» of the limit. He may think he is doing good by allowing «other costumers» to purchase the beer but I am a costumer and I wanted to buy it. I am out of a gift for my boyfriend who also wanted a bottle and I have been wanting to surprise him! big disappointment, huge jerk and beer snob. This is not a way to run a business.

The reason I like this place so much is because of the mix and match beer cooler. Unlike other local liquor stores, Falls Liquor prices its single beers at ¹⁄₆ of the 6 pack price. There’s no up charge for a single! Whenever I want a beer or two from a six pack, the employees always let me take what I want and put the rest in the singles cooler. In addition, they have a really solid craft beer selection to choose from.

I’m glad this place is close to me. Great Beer selection and very helpful staff. It’s usually pretty busy which means others think the way I do but everything is always in stock.

Stopped in out of curiosity and was quite pleasantly surprised. Very friendly staff and a pretty decent beer selection, which is what I am after. Have had great experiences both times I have been in. Not that close to my house, and I’d never leave the Ale Jail, but its a great second option, and I’d have no qualms whatsoever of visiting again. Tip top.

Seems as if every liquor store has something to recommend it: friendly staff, fair prices, convenient location, or wide selection. Falls Liquor has all those things, and in just the right balance. It’s my new favorite.

Customer service is not lost on this place. I’ve had my conversations with nearly every employee, always good interactions, they promote the business in their words and body language. It’s refreshing.
Now that they’re in a bigger store, they have more things I want!
