Gregory’s Carpet & Upholstery

I was so excited to be coming home to fresh, clean, «looks like new» carpet. Instead, I was welcomed home to the same dirty carpet much in need of a good cleaning.
Purchased a deal through one of the deal social groups which I thought was a steal.
Called to make an appointment. Older lady (who said she was older) and seemed to have no patience at all was curt and seemed put out. Not a great first impression with her at all.
Called back and got Greg who was said to be pleasant to deal with, scheduled a time and thnought that was it. Received another call confirming a date, but the wrong date. Again, we confirmed the date and time.
Today they were supposed to come out at our scheduled time. Instead we received several messages on our machine saying that they were out (an hour before they were supposed to be) no one was home, they were waiting and left. Really?
We called twice and no one has called us back. At this point, I’m no longer interested in rescheduling. It’s not worth the time or hassle.
For being in business for over 30 years, I guess I expected a little more professionalism.
I scoured the internet for other reviews and many of them were unfavorable.
Not impressed at all.
