I am a residential remodeler with 14 years of experience specializing in kitchens and baths. I do high quality work, am maniacal about finishing projects on budget and on time, and have recent local references to back up this claim.

Most of my projects are in Seward/​Longfellow/​Uptown and within this area I’m always happy to do small projects too; I leave time in my schedule to accommodate unscheduled service work. I also do doors, windows, interior and exterior carpentry, and can refer you to reliable tradesmen (electricians, plumbers, etc.).

There have been many recent developments in building science, I work hard to offer energy-​saving, sustainable, and durable solutions.
