Raised the price almost 20% without notice. After being sold to new owners, prices have gone up, billing has gone to text-​only emails that are harder to claim on a commuter FSA (when you get receipts and not just a notice that your card was charged), and increasingly the facilities have been broken more. Months to fix an elevator, exit lanes closed regularly, etc. My account was also randomly dropped one day, and the first person I called seemed to have no idea how to do her job. The second person didn’t believe me, and thought I was trying to scam him into opening the gate without my paying.
