All of the products I use are FDA compliant for use on skin. All paints and inks are professional cosmetic-grade that can easily be washed with soap and water. Glitter used is formulated for the skin, made of polyester with no sharp edges to scratch eyes.

History

Established in 2012.

I am not only a Face/Body painter, I also work full time with an mental health agency, Vail Place. We have an annual fundraiser «Tour De Vail», this is where I offered to try my hand at face painting in 2009 as an activity option for children and participants alike. It was after receiving numerous requests and inquiries about my Face Painting services that I was inspired to create Faces By Stella, watching children and adults enjoy the mystical creations from make-up!

Meet the Business Owner

Stella M.

Business Owner

My journey began years ago when I decided to begin my world of Improvisation theater which lead me finding work in a haunted house; I was enchanted by the make-up, costumes and scene sets. I continued this adventure for ten years; anchored in entertainment managing, make-up detailing and costume collaborations. My role was created to fit wherever I was needing to be, hustling to make the production one that was safe and a success! It was over those years I really realized how fond I was of Halloween and the FX makeup world.

In addition to my work within the arts, I have anchored a career within non– profit organizations. My passion for individuals to have resources and opportunities drives my connection to humanity and the possibilities we all share. Currently, I work in a Clubhouse Program, individuals who have and/or are struggling with a serious and persistent mental illness have a community that is driven by wellness and the relationship of work.
