Do yourself a favor before thinking about using express scripts. Send them your money then punch yourself in the face, repeat.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Unfortunently, my Health insurance company will only let me get my long term medications from them. They just place a 491 dollar order without asking me first. They just assumed because I had a prior authorization for some of my meds done I wanted to place an order. If you can help it, stay far away from these idiots!

Can you give a 0 star? Worst company ever. DONOT use. It’s worth giving Walgreens, CVS, or the mom and pop pharmacy down the street your business instead of this incompent big pharma. While I have ELITE coverage with United Health Care Plus, the pharmacy plan through Express Scripts is abysmal. DONOT use. Do not USE. Do you hear me? DONOTUSE! If you don’t believe me, just check out the posts on their Facebook page. There are HUNDREDS of complaints and 1 stars. Below, my complaint letter to them for your fun viewing pleasure: I’m writing to express frustrating with the egregious customer service received through Express Scripts(ES) and your accredo, Freedom Fertility Specialty Pharmacy. I called on 11/27/2014 and spent 30 minutes with an ES agent who patiently walked me through all my co-payments for 20 different IVF drugs. I was quoted coverage for the majority through my excellent health insurance through United Health Care Plus. The majority were quoted as being approved for 30 days at $ 60/copay. I was given instructions to have my IVF meds faxed directly to the accredo, which apparently was Freedom Pharmacy(FP). I called middle of December and spoke with them several times; they came back to me with a quote for $ 6000(approximately December 16 at 4 pm CST), stating that I used my lifetime max of $ 5000 on 12 Gonal-F Ready pens. I then contacted ES again and spoke with a manager Cecil on 12/31/2014 around 9 am CST. They«promised» that they verified and that the co-pay was definitely $ 60, not $ 6000 as quoted by FP. I then went through the process of canceling my initial order with FP only to reprocess it through a «different» accredo specialty pharmacy number(which apparently was STILLFREEDOMPHARMACY). I wasted 3 weeks time and over 10 hours of phone time trying to figure this out with your incompetent staff. I spent another 30 minutes with Ray(ID237123) at ES(senior«manager», despite the incompetence while handling my call yesterday from 1:40 — 2:15 pm CST. He reiterated that the 3 other ES agents that I spoke with gave me wrong advice and it wasn’t $ 60. Is your company SO incompetent that all 3 agents gave me the wrong price from $ 60 to $ 6000? Get it together. Send my script to Walgreens Specialty in Minneapolis instead and will NEVER use your mail service again. As a doctor, I think you guys are completely incompetent. To see the HUNDREDS of complaints about your service(online) only reiterates this. Please escalate and forward this to someone more senior that incompetent Ray. Having been the Associate Director of the world’s largest poison control in Bloomington, MN, your call center, customer service, and handling of complaints is abysmal. Shame on you. Dr. Justine Lee

Was given a refund for a mischarged RX in November 2012. Almost a month later I receive an invoice for the same amount that was already billed and refunded again. I called and spoke with a CSR then a manager who both offered no help.
