This was my first experience with this company, but most likely not the last! They were the HVAC company chosen by our home warranty program. I had them come to my new home to check out the furnace. I was given a two hour time window as well as a «head’s up» call when they were on their way. The techs, Matt and Scott, were very friendly and polite. They figured out the problem and contacted the warranty company for me. The issue ended up not being covered by the warranty company, but we had Edina H&C come back to complete the repairs. They were able to give me a total on the phone before I agreed to anything, and the whole repair was done within a 24 hour time period. I would have understood if my furnace issue wasn’t a top priority for them since the weather is still warm, but they made me feel like their only customer. Having worked at an HVAC company myself, I know how rare that is. Thanks guys!
