Di Napoli Cafe

I walk by this place every morning in the skyway and thought to myself — «self, you should try that place». On Tuesday I did and I am still regretting it.
When I arrived at 12:20pm, there was a line out the door — I thought «oh, they must be good». Wrong, the service is pretty slow. I ordered the chicken parm sand (for $ 5.51) and then moved into the line to pay and wait for my food. Everything is already made in the prep tables, but yet it took like 15mins to get my order (unacceptable for skyway takeout). When I finally got to sit down and eat my sandwich, um, yuck. The chicken was very thin and chewy — like it was cooked last Tuesday and the sauce. .. I’m not a sweet sauce fan, but I swear there was ketchup in it. The cheese was good.
Pretty disappointed.
