I live close by and unfortunately go here way too often. The shelves are constantly under stocked and there is almost always a very long wait at the counter. These are the type of problems that occur when businesses don’t pay above minimum wage. I assume they have issues with their GM.

This has been the worst CVS I have ever been too — 10 minutes at the counter with the pharmacist avoiding eye contact no acknowledgement I was even there. It took me another 35 minutes to get it filled. There was no urgency no hustle and lots of unhappy customers!!!

I absolutely love this CVS, it is in the perfect location that makes it extremely convenient to my home. I love the fact that they open at 7AM every day of the week which really makes it my go to place to grab some items. The staff there like anywhere is hit and miss but some of them are extraordinary. The cleanliness of the store could use a bit of work with the disheveled boxes from time time but it does not really bother me. I do also really wish that they had more of a selection compared to the larger CVS locations.

I really want to love this CVS because it’s ultra close to where I live, but man, it’s a touch sell. One of the things about this CVS is that you never know what you’re going to get – with both the staff and the clientele. I will vouch for the pharmacy there, however, and say those guys get at least 4 stars if not 5. Ironically, if you need to make a quick stop here for some after-hours birth control, your 10-minute wait in line will do the trick for free. You’ll be ready to call it a night and really, decide to just never have kids again after visiting this store. Only go here if you really need to.

Oh CVS, I want to like you so much, but you make it impossible. As always I’ll start with the good. The pharmacy staff is amazing. Super helpful and friendly. They will go out of their way to make sure you know exactly what you are getting and to answer any questions with a smile. Now for the rest of the store. It is generally dirty and horribly stocked! There are so many empty spots on shelves that it is not even funny. I mean you would think that if they has more items on the shelf that they would sell more, but they obviously do not think so. I go here because it is a super convenient location, but every time I leave without half of the stuff on my list because it is out of stock. You might be wondering if I ask an employee if they have certain items in the back… My answer would be, what employees?!? I can never find someone to help me(other than the wonderful pharmacy staff). There is usually just one cashier upfront who is too busy or unable to leave the front desk to help. If this place was not the only business like it near my apartment, I would skip it all together. But for now, I just try to focus on the good pharmacy and try to ignore the awful store itself.

I don’t want you to hate me, CVS, because you are super-convenient and you fill all of my prescriptions. But holy crap, are you ever sad. There is no such thing as finding reliably stocked items at this CVS. If there’s a new makeup release and people buy it all in the first couple of weeks, be sure that these racks will stay empty for at least 3 – 4 months. If deodorant goes on sale, there will be no deodorant for a week. You never know what you’ll find for energy drink selection. I don’t know how inventory is handled at CVS, but if the manager has any control over this whatsoever, he or she needs to be booted in the ass with some steel toes. The pharmacy is great though. They’ve had to deal with some icky insurance messes for both me and my husband and at least tried to do what they could from their end, even if they couldn’t work miracles. This is my neighborhood. Yes, it’s primarily a low-income minority area, if you don’t count the condos. My question is, why isn’t CVS rising above the stereotype and helping to class up the neighborhood? I mean, yeah, it’s an uphill battle when someone steals all of your shopping baskets, like they did a few weeks ago. Still, I’m sure everyone would appreciate at least the illusion of effort.
