Mr. Corwin began practicing in 1972 and formed his own firm in 1978. He has been representing public and private sector unions since that time as well as individuals who have employment-related issues such as discrimination, employment contracts, termination disputes, arbitration, licensing, or negotiation issues. He has litigated disputes under the Fair Labor Standards Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, state human rights act, Merit System Protection Board, Railway Labor Act, National Labor Relations Board, as well as the Government Data Practices Act.

Gregg M. Corwin was admitted to practice in 1972. He is presently union co-chair of the National Programs Subcommittee of the ABA’s labor and employment law section. He co-chairs the Public Sector Labor and Employment Law Seminar for MNCLE and also serves as a planner for its Spring and Fall Labor and Employment Law Institutes. He has spoken numerous time at these institutes. He serves on the BMS Arbitrator Advisory Committee and teaches the public sector labor law course for the Minnesota Bar specialization program. He is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers whose 1200 members are selected throughout the US and Canada.
