I put in a last minute order for mother’s day and they promptly delivered a fresh and beautifully arranged bouquet to my mother. She loved it! Their prices were very competitive and they were very professional and helpful over the phone. Free delivery is a GREAT touch. Highly recommended!

I went in the day before Valentine’s Day to reserve a bouquet of roses for my girlfriend. Upon returning the next day to pick up the roses, I learned that they had sold my reservation, not remembered I had made one at all, and were completely out of roses. Although I was given different flowers (I had already paid), service was shoddy and they didn’t seem to mind that they sold my flowers to someone else.

I placed an order at 11:30 am before the required cutoff for same day delivery (1:00 pm). At 1 pm I was sent an email that I did not receive until 3pm.
As this was the recipients last day here, it was a total miss-handle. There chat feature was useless and said it was normal and there was nothing that could be done. Too bad, off-the-cuff apology. My fault for not checking my email according to them.
Anyway, as this was the first time I patronized the business (and the last unfortunately) I cannot recommend them based on this experience. If by some miracle they come through for me, I will change this review (not holding my breath though).

The best place to get flowers in Minneapolis for sure. Dave makes the best center pieces for any occasion. Whatever arrangement you may want he will be able to do it and exceed expectations. My girlfriend is never disappointed thats for sure!
