Christopher & Banks

My Mom is a BIG FAN of C.J. Banks and continually nudged me to check out a Christopher & Banks location (another branch of C.J. Banks). I popped in on a Sunday to check out their selection and you know what? It’s nice! This is a retail clothing store that caters to misses and women’s sizes.
I’m more of a fan of bright and bold colors, so I saw only a couple of items that I would naturally gravitate to, but this store reminded me of the former Coldwater Creek, where the styles are all classy and the looks are nearly timeless.
As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted by an employee and immediately felt welcomed. I told her that I was checking out the store and only planning on browsing, so she let me do just that without me feel like her eyes were always on me. Also, true confession, when I say I’m browsing, I’m really looking for a maxi dress. I love maxi dresses and one cannot have too many. And now that the weather is cooling down, I’m eager to build a fall/​winter collection of maxi dresses, but unfortunately, they’re not easy to find in clothing stores. Christopher & Banks didn’t have any long sleeve full length ones, but I will hold out hope. I have no other choice.
While I didn’t buy anything on that particular day, but I do plan on checking in here again in hopes of Spring when the potential for bright colors are at their peak!
