Boone Container

Had to rent a Uhaul and found out about Boone. They were excellent. Very professional and helped my decision a lot. We rented a 10′ truck and got it to our shop and realized the smaller trucks didnt have a ramp. Called Boone right away and they had no problem changing it out for a larger truck with a ramp! Spactacular customer service. Awesome place I highly recommend!

I’m not really sure what Boone Container does outside of renting U-​Haul equipment, but their customer service is out of this world! Sharon, the manager at Boone Container, has helped me out in a mega way. I have to rent U-​Haul equipment for various needs at various times for work, and the she has been so patient, accommodating, and flexible. She got me in touch with a gent at the U-​Haul central control area, which was SUPER helpful. You never get the same answer twice when renting from the 1 – 800 call center folks. Having people to work with on a first name basis for an ongoing rental like this is a huge load of stress off my mind.
Maybe one day I’ll convince the people that need the equipment to just outright purchase it instead of continuing to rent. Until that happens, I will continue sending them to Sharon at Boone Container. She will make your equipment rental as smooth and painless as it should be. Five stars, all the way!
