The facility itself is beautiful, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, I would say store your stuff elsewhere.

Another ‘rip you off’ establishment. They had a decent worker. Pleasant and helpful. Called a month ahead to say will be vacating. He said no problem. Show up and a new person working. She says nothing in her system about it and other guy quit so I must pay additional monthly ½. Rude and totally customer dis-​service oriented.
I put my personal stuff in storage winter & head south. Won’t be back here. Common crooks

Nice, bright and clean storage. They have warehouse in the back with business that sells overstock and high end return items for fraction of the retail. Got a $ 500 bike for $ 200, a laptop for $ 300 that retails for $ 500. Few converse for $ 32 each, bunch of clothes, a dining table set for 40% of retail and bedroom comforter set for $ 100 that retails for over$ 250. What a deal. They sell these in eBay and Amazon, I didn’t have to pay shipping. Thank you guys. I will be back soon for the snow blower and that riding lawn mower. I do like the popcorn machine too.

Like the other reviewer said, this storage facility is nice, clean, climate-​controlled, secure, and there are lots of freight elevators to help you move large items if your unit is on the second floor (which mine was). I would definitely refer people to this establishment. I found them online and locked in a great deal, and was able to cancel once I bought my house without a hassle. Convenient location too!

The most secure storage I’ve found yet! Clean, climate controlled, great security setup, automatic payment options, the staff are friendly — and they work with minor special requests. If you have a question and they say they’ll call you back — don’t hold your breath, they won’t — but just call them back, they’re happy to help! I wish there was a similar self-​storage company in my new city now that I’ve moved!
