Do yourself a favor, get a 15 yr tawny — and the Prairie Dog Bar… and don’t share.
I get mine at Surdkys or Patina, but I’ve seen them all over.

Have you ever indulged in chocolate covered blue cheese topped with a toasted walnut? I have and I feel oh so smugly lucky. Apparently, these are a limited edition chocolate, so if you are blessed enough to encouter them, I implore you to buy them. Out of this world, absolutely fantastic, melt-​in-​your-​mouth delicacies.

I confess it freely; I was a portly child. I remain so at heart. In thrall to this dark past, I have scourged the earth for chocolate, I have eaten far and wide in dogged pursuit of theobroma cacao. From this fat child’s mouth to your ears, these are the best chocolates I have found. Take it for granted that they are presented in beautiful, fanciful shapes and colors (a perfectly ornate fish? and with such tantalizing sheen and lustre? forget it) – the flavors are, no-​nonsense, the best. The salted caramel milk chocolate (the high water mark for salted caramel fillings), the dark chocolate soft orange caramel (ditto), the zinfandel balsamic, the lemon supreme (ohmygod), the passion fruit (oh. my. dearsweetchristinacracker), and even the basic milk and dark – everything is truly beyond fault. Perfectly tempered chocolate of the highest quality available, pungent, rich, tantalizing flavors beyond reproach, this is really amazing chocolate. Forget about the cost, forget about the Hershey-​eaters, buy a box, find a foxhole, and consume the best chocolate calories you’re likely to find.

The New BT Bars… are out… ahhhh.yum.
There I was in Whole Foods the other (not my fav place to shop) but I needed a couple things and I was driving by, and I saw a nice display of the brand new BT Bars. He has taken his signature truffles and made them into these bars… oh my god I am high! (High on how amazingly stellar they melt in my mouth) — I bought one of each… the dreamy-​est one is the Passion Fruit tangerine… blended Dark and White, oh my god. I am in love!!! Great price, stunning packaging…
I might have to get in my car and go buy another one tonight…
