Rude. Uninviting staff. Every time I go in there I fell like I’m bothering them. I happened to walk out of the bank at the same time as another customer, we both looked at each other and shook our heads. I said «I think I need a new bank». He said «you’re not kidding» they need some customer service training. And they really do.
