I hired ‘A Good Move’ this September and the initial experience was seeming good as their price was reasonable and the owner (Ron) was quite responsive and accommodating with move time etc. However, it’s the move that matters the most and the main thing which I hired them to move was my King bed, for which I was charged $ 100/​-​and when they delivered my bed to my new place (only 10 miles away); I found that the footboard was broken. Thankfully, Ron was honest enough to admit that they dropped it and hence it broke. He promised to get it fixed within the next week. I waited for him to get back and he didn’t bother getting it fixed. Additionally, he was answering my calls for the next 2 days promising to get it fixed. After about 15 follow-​up calls/​msgs he began ignoring my calls… and was very rude… net net I now have a broken bed thanks to ‘A Good Move’ and I repent paying over $ 100/​-​as he requested for tips while the delivery was in progress… I would never recommend them!
