Business Owner
James E. Toner was born and raised on Long Island. He was a graduate of Chaminade High School’s class of 1985. He earned his BBA at Hofstra University in 1989, and his Juris Doctorate at the Hofstra University School of Law in 1992.
Mr. Toner is admitted in the Appellate Division Second Judicial Department and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of New York. Mr. Toner is a qualified member of the Nassau County Assigned Counsel Plan, a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association. In October of 2013 Mr. Toner was appointed the Village Attorney of the Incorporated Village of Manorhaven. He also sits as a duly appointed Member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the Inc. Village of Sea Cliff.
