You might want to tell your employees to be nicer to people that park in your lot with a Mineola ISSUED parking pass. Signage is extremely poor, and given the bad snow, I parked there as I had no where else to park to get to my office. If I was in a bad spot or parked where I shouldn’t have been parked, I would gladly moved, I did not deserve nor warrant your employee barging out into the parking lot and SCREAMING at me the way she did. That is uncalled for an unacceptable. I would use your facility if my life depended on it if that is how you treat people. Rude!

This is the sign on building of the Day-Op Center of LI. 110 Willis Ave, beautiful and well organized facility… with staff that love working M-F 9−5PM, so they are the best of the best!
