Have called customer service 3 times and left messages. Never received a return call. Never received product ordered. I was also never charged. Just poor service.

Place is a disaster. The old man with white hair was about to get punched in his face cuss he’s a racist ass-wipe, talking about how Mexicans are ruining this country n blah blah blah. Get to the counter to pay for my 6 quarts of oil & filters, no greeting what so ever from this old guy, which looks like he just crawled outta bed. Rings my stuff up, I pay, I get receipt & the old bastard pushes my stuff to the end of the counter & begins ringing up the next customer. I’m like do I gotta bag my own stuff. LOL. Old fart rang up that guy, did the same to him which we both looked at each other like wtf & the old fart goes outside to smoke a cigarette while I’m looking for bags to bag my own stuff. There used to be an employee named Shiv here at this location & he used to run this place with pride. Now it’s pitiful. I’m sure corporate doesn’t care Cuss if they did they’d notice a huge lose of clients. I used to work for a towing company & my old boss even told me he’ll never go there cuss of customer serVice SUCKS, prices are too high. If you need parts or even an air freshener go about a mile east on Jericho tpke there’s plenty of auto parts stores that treat customers with respect. This place is a DUMP with crappy customer service & parts prices that are to high. If you can wait on a part I saw the counter guy looking up my part on «parts » at least that way you don’t have to pay the auto barn mark up & crummy customer service. Eff you auto barn in Mineola, you lost another customer. Disgusted

I used the Auto Barn website to purchase a headliner for my car and what i received 2 weeks later was not to product i ordered. The order was completely wrong and I attempted many times to get it returned and each time it took me 20 minutes to get someone on the phone to deal with. After 4 calls I finally returned the package for a refund. I will never order any auto part from this site again.

Every time I buy something here, I end up seeing the same product in another store a few days later for much less. So I end up regretting my purchases because everything is more expensive than elsewhere.

Is auto barn the best auto parts store? definitely not. Do the employees know anything? most dont. Is the store stuck in the 80s/90s? Id say so. But I cant help but have a soft spot for the Barn in my heart. From the employees re-telling stories of their youth to the nice guy at the parts counter who helped my friend order in a product not on the shelf I enjoy the barn. Ill admit I only come in here to see their detailing section and they do have a good selection. Many products that I cannot find at the nationwide chains. Prices are decent and really have no complaints. Auto Barn is definitely worth a look if youre looking for a detailing product that is difficult to track down elsewhere. Especially their Sonax display. Hope to see the Barn around for years to come.

This place is ridiculous. Came in to buy a birthday gift for my boyfriend. The only helpful person was the guy in the back of the store at the parts counter. Otherwise, the place is filthy and the one cashier is about 2 steps below zombie. Worse yet the«guard”/“greeter» is a rude, patronizing idiot, who apparently thinks all women are ignorant fools. I left my items at the register and walked out in disgust.

Auto parts for the do-it-your-selfer. The place is always dark and kind of dirty. There does not seem to exist any kind of help — there is a guy behind the parts counter, but other than him, no one on the floor. The cashier seems like she could care less about her job and looks like she is a million miles away most of the time. Prices are decent if you buy the sale items only.
