Steven is co-​owner and artist here at Payne & Ink Tattoos. As an amazing artist and a father of 5, he takes pride in his business & his family! Big into things that go on in our little community and huge into Pop Warner Football having 3 of his 5 kids out playing the game! With a wife that is a very busy Wedding & Portrait Photographer, Steven plays a huge part in everything to do with his family! Art is his passion & his profession!! He and his wife are just 2 artists following their passion and raising their family!
