I always hesitate to write a review for a fast food chain. What’s the point really. However, this location is just nowhere I will go again, which is a shame since it’s so close to me and should be a great go-​to in a pinch.
Food was okay, nothing special, but was decent and they got my order correct which I do appreciate. the few times when I have been inside the place is very clean including the bathrooms, very important at a fast food location.
However. the drive through window employee taking my order really put me in a bad mood. Rather than greet me and ask to take my order when ready, I was greeted with a sarcastic «Thank you for not choosing McDonalds» can I take your order. Unbelievable really. You never ever put down your competition like that, especially not directly to a customer, and especially when that competitor is 25 feet from Taco Bell and I could have easily gone there.
Just completely silly behavior at this location. I’m not sure if it was something the company tried out since they’re in heavy competition, or if it was just a sarcastic employee. I would not have even written a review here about it, but after writing to the company about it and receiving no response, I’m choosing to do so.
You have lost this customer, and I sincerely do not appreciate being treated that way. Grow up and get it together. In today’s market you just cannot act this way and not have there be any repercussions. You can do much better.

This is a great Taco Bell. It’s clean, modern, and quick. Also, the customer service is good, not great – there seems to be quite a bit of turnover at this location, which is to be expected. It does the job! I’ll drive an extra mile to get here instead of the one on 82^nd in Clackamas.

This is my go to Taco Bell! I think they’ve messed my order up or forgotten an item two times but that’s not 1 star worthy. Other than that, these guys are on point!
Maybe it’s because I always go late night on my way home from wherever, and there’s one or no one inline. Which is why I come here in the first place. Fourth meal!
Like in said before, they’ve rarely fouled up my order. Customer service is friendly and the speaker here is clear and understandable. The menu is brightly lit and organized in an appealing manner.
The food quality is fast food. ITS TACO BELL PEOPLE!

This is why this location gets two stars instead of one — simply because Taco Bell is beautiful and wonderful and tastes good.
But that’s all this location has going for it. I come here weekly… I’ve been here MANY times and they have gotten my order correct once or twice. I’ve gone back to get it fixed and it’s still been messed up.
I understand shit happening sometimes and that orders won’t be perfect… But every single time? Come on man get it together.
