Best management I have ever worked with. Super flexible with issues and payments when contacting directly. When we reported a problem with the house it would be fixed and beyond within 2 – 3 days with super friendly maintenance team. The actual homeowner was the problem with the rental, complete nut job.

Worst landlord and management I have ever dealt with. Nick Zolper is the owner/​manager and would not address multiple maintenance issues and had extremely poor communication. Their «website» where you enter maintenance requests never worked. Expect to get ripped off for security deposits.
Had a step in the stairs which lead to the basement (washer and dryer) that was broken and it took two months to fix. Luckily no one was hurt otherwise they could have faced a lawsuit.
Basement flooded every time it rained.
Found mice in apartment and Zolper did not even acknowledge the problem.
Refrigerator had a broken shelf which was never replaced. This made sharing a fridge with two other roommates very difficult.
Would NOT advise anyone to rent from Zolper Management LLC.

Worst landlord I’ve ever had, and it’s not even close. Will ignore all work order requests. I had to text Nick personally to get any response, and then he got upset at me for not filling out a work order, which i did in the first place. There were squirrels living in the walls and ceilings, which took approximately 3 months before they addresses the issue. Robbed me of the security deposit, after I left the place beter than I got it. Zolper management are a bunch of crooks. Don’t make the mistake of renting from them, like I did.
