We were in town visiting Dad/​Pops. Our 12 y/​o son was wrestling with the pups in the house and his glasses got pulled off his face. One of his nose pieces came off. It was torn so couldn’t be salvaged. Pops comes to this location for his exams and glasses. He is a long time customer and raves about the service.
We went in to get the glasses repaired today. We were received warmly and very cordial. They replaced both nose pieces and adjusted the frames as well. When all said and done there was no charge and refused a tip. Thanked us in return for the good humor we brought in. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Don’t ever go here for eye glasses or test cuz the people that work here can even align glasses properly! They have no courtesy!

Do not go here for a vision test! They tested me, said I need glasses, I get glasses, and they changed nothing! I had them retest me, and the same doctor says that my eyesight is pretty much 20/20…why was I not told? I would never have spent almost $ 400 if there was going to me no improvement! Luckily, they finally gave me a refund for the glasses, but told me that they could never service me again… don’t worry, I wasn’t planning on returning!
Please shop elsewhere… I have friends who have told me about their bad experiences here (I wish I would have known this sooner…). Pass this message on to your friends and family, to save them time wasted. Thanks!
