WallyPark

I really need to find a better place to park my car because WallyPark is poorly poorly poorly run. I’ve used them twice and both times, bad experiences. The only thing that is good about them is a convenient shuttle to and from the airport.
The first time, I booked my reservations online, paid ahead of time. I got my ticket at the gate which says right on it to simply leave from any of the automated gates — however, when I left, the gate would not open without my paying again. So stupid WallyPark double charged me in order to get my car out of ransom. I had to call their customer service who then said only a manager could take care of refunds. Of course, there was no manager there and I had to wait until the next day for a manager to be in. In order to fix THEIR mistake, I had to fill out a form they emailed me – with my credit card number, expiration date, signature, name, and address — enough to commit fradulent charges on my card if it falls into the wrong hands and send it to their «secure» email. Then I had to wait a few days for them to «approve» the refund WHERE THEY WERE AT FAULT TO BEGIN WITH!
This last time, I booked the reservations online but was not going to risk getting double charged at the gate so I went through the manned gate. It was at least 15 minutes in line because the attendant was helping all of the people going in before helping any people leaving. Once again, she tried to charge me AGAIN for what I pre-​paid. I had to argue with her until finally she let me out.
I should also mention, when you self-​park, they are supposed to give you a ticket with your space number for the return driver,. They didn’t do this the last time — so when they dropped me off, I was going to go to my spot directly because it was easier than describing to the driver where I was parked. She physically blocked me and waggled her finger in my face telling me I couldn’t get off the shuttle because «they have a policy»
THIS PLACE IS A RACKET. I can’t imagine I’m the only person they are double-​charging. They suck suck suck suck suck. But they do have a convenient shuttle to and from the airport, which gets them an extra star.

I love, LOVE, Wally Park. Considering convenience, cost, and quality of service, it’s by far the best route to go!

Honestly great service and a great staff. I use them every single week without a problem. They are great if you use them just a couple times a year or in my case every week! Reasonable price, quick service fun people.

This was our fist time parking our car at Wally Park. They had a special going on their website so it was cheaper to get the Valet service than the regular parking. At $ 5.95 a day it was a sure bet.. We checked in at the gate and were directed to the Valet covered area. We had a numbered thingamajiggy to put in our window. I kept the receipt that I printed at home to show when we got back. We gave them our keys and we were taken to the airport in a shuttle van. Pick up was just as easy, the ticket they gave us had a number to call and we met them where it said on the ticket (door 5 me thinks) Our car was waiting for us when we arrived along with some complementary bottled water. I felt so fancy! They said they are getting a car wash machine too! Awesome! Certainly cheaper than using GO! and it’s in a gated lot.
I had to show the lady at the gate our paid receipt to get out. I wonder if I would have been charged again if I didn’t have it?

Used valet uncovered parking. Was cheaper than the Super Saver lot at Mitchell. Service was great by all involved and took less time than if we would have used the Super Saver lot. Would DEFINITELY use again and recommend to friends.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND WallPark. My wife and I used this service in early January for the first time and were pleasantly surprised how great their every one of their employees treated us on both ends of the trip. It seemed to be even quicker, easier and definitely less expensive to use WallyPark vs parking in the airport structure.
It was wonderful to come back from our trip and have a quick pick up at airport and then head to a already warm and snow free car. The facility is very safe and well lit and the price point was perfect. Thank you WallyPark for a great experience.

When my company set a policy that we had to park here instead of onsite I was skeptical. However WallyPark’s great service and ease of use has won me over and now I park here all the time, even on personal trips. Fast, friendly and cost effective… And offers a covered option in the winter. The only complaint I have is that they make you prepay when you do online reservations and then it never seems to register on the way out and it slows down getting out and getting home.

This is a hidden gem when it comes to airport parking. There is nothing better, when coming home to bitter cold temperatures, than having your car waiting for you, de-​snowed and de-​iced and warmed up and ready to go. Plus, a bottle of water in your cup holder! They look after your car and your post-​flight hydration. ;)

I’ll update this post to include my most recent experience.
First and foremost, I used their valet covered parking groupon for this trip. I actually bought 6 groupons and appreciated the fact that you could consecutively use up to 7 for a single reservation. I mentioned some of my previous concerns with their staff and had a rather detailed conversation that left me feeling much more confident in my choice.
The valet experience was seamless, staff was friendly and helpful, and my wait time and ride to and from the airport were short.

Got our car back yesterday and was very happy to see it, in the midst of all the cold and snow here in WI.
My first review revolved mostly around the fact that our car’s rear window was broken (prior to parking at WallyPark) and that they covered it up for us as we were running late for our flight and had no time to fix it once we realized what had happened. They did tape it up for us, which we appreciate.
They also have a very smooth streamline process: We call and let them know we have landed, they get the car ready/​warmed up & have the shuttle come get us, we get on shuttle and go to parking lot, get into car and are happily on our way home in less than 10 minutes. We did opt for the valet service, and prepaid, which might be why it was all so seamless, but I think for less than $ 6 a night this place is an absolute bargain and we will be using them in the future!

Step by step (ooooh baby):
1. Make reservation, choose covered/​heated or not covered parking. (When in Rome — er, MKE — in winter, I rec the heated/​covered options, because NO DUH…)
2. Get there a touch earlier than you would if you were parking in the airport structure and drop your car off. They’ll load you and your luggage into a van and take you across the street to el aeropuerto. They’ll give you a little ticket w/​their number and the identifying location of your vehicle. Don’t lose this! Tip van driver.
3. Go on vacation or your work trip and don’t even worry about your car at all.
4. Come back, give ‘em a ring and they’ll come get you. Did you lose your ticket? I hope not. It’s got their phone number and the area/​parking spot identifying number on it…
5. Get car, tip van driver, find the nearest exit, pay — significantly less than airport parking structure fees — and bounce out.
6. Crank tunes and head home, you jetsetting, know-​how badass.

I had a nice experience up until we arrived back at WallyPark. The transportation to and from the airport went smoothly. But when I arrived, my vehicle was nowhere to be found. I figured that it was on its way and headed inside to the cashier expecting that my vehicle would arrive while I paid up. The cashier indicated that she needed the WallyPark card from my vehicle before I could pay my bill so I headed outside and my vehicle still was not available. At this point, I asked the valet about my car. The valet, Cassie, who later identified herself as the Supervisor, indicated that I needed to have my validation slip in order for her to release my car to me. I explained that I wasn’t asking her to release my car. I just wanted to make sure that Wallypark hadn’t misplaced my car since I could see the sheet with my contact information sitting right there and everyone else on the bus had their cars available upon arrival. Rather than assuring me that my car was on the way, Cassie acted like I had done something wrong and refused to tell me anything about my car. While my car was eventually located, because of the way that Cassie handled the situation, I have a really negative impression of WallyPark. All she needed to do was confirm that the car would be there but instead she escalated my concerns about my car by being evasive and outright rude. As a first time WallyPark user, I felt very concerned when my car was not available especially when no one would give me any explanations as to what was going on.

My husband and I have used Wally Park a couple times now and both times were great. This last trip, they went above and beyond to help us. I (stupidly) forgot my passport at home so we had to rush home and back to get it and Joe at the valet told us to call when we were almost back. He hopped in the car with us so we’d make our flight in time and drove out car back to Wally Park for us. The entire team is always extremely friendly and helpful! I will definitely continue to park there and recommend it to everyone!

Super quick, super friendly, super easy. Highly recommended airport parking & shuttle.

This was the second time we parked here. Both times were great experiences
The first time, we self parked. The shuttle picked us up at our car within a minute and dropped us off at our airline entrance. No problems with the pick up at the airport either. We picked up our baggage and called the number. By the time we got outside the shuttle was there waiting for us.
This most recent time, we took advantage of the valet parking. When they pick you up at the airport, they call in your ticket number and your car is waiting for you, ready to go! Trunk popped and all :)
Upon getting into my ride, I noticed a bottle of water. What a nice little touch!
Love the speed of the pick up and drop offs and the convenience.
Will definitely continue to use Wally Park!
Oh, and make sure to tip your drivers.

This was my first time using Wally Park & it was fantastic. I had a Groupon but will use it even if I don’t. The woman at the front entrance was super spunky, seemed to really enjoy her job & was super helpful explaining step by step to me.
The shuttle to the airport was clean, comfortable & the driver was friendly.
When I returned & called the shuttle they were there in about 2 minutes. Checking out was a snap & the valet had my bag in my car, started, heat & lights on, ready to go. I could not have had a better experience which was great since my flight home had been delayed over 3hrs & I was beat.

I threw a bachelorette party and we ended up needing to add a room which they quickly found us a room right next to ours so that worked out perfectly. I specifically want to thank I believe her name was Jen and Falcon, two staff members that went above and beyond in customer service. They took care of one of my friends who wasn’t feeling too well and helped her up to our hotel room. Falcon stayed with her until we could make it there and stayed in contact with us the entire time. I will definitely stay here again when we are downtown Milwaukee and I will always continue staying at Marriots whenever I can! :)

Excellent service! I had a Groupon for a few days of valet parking.
Shuttle came around immediately when I arrived, and staff helped with loading my bags into the shuttle.
When I returned, pickup from baggage claim was speedy and my car was all ready to go… complete with bottled water for the road!

Impressed. I’ve used other remote parking services — and you expect them to shuttle you and keep your car safe. WallyPark certainly does that — but so much more!
Unloaded bags from our trunk to their shuttle upon arrival to their facility. Shuttle was right there — coming and going. Upon return — car was ready, warm, with trunk open. They loaded our bags into the trunk, gave each of us a water and sent us on our way with a smile.
Their prices are very reasonable — their customer service is exceptional.

Rates are slightly lower than other parking lots in the area. The staff was friendly & helpful.
The pick up was fast & accommodating.
They have been offering cover parking at the same rate as non cover spots via groupon.
