Association Management Services-​Most associations are volunteer-​driven, being managed by a Board of Directors and other volunteers. While volunteers know the organization’s business, they rarely know the business of association management. Having a full-​time staff person is an option, however a full-​time staff-​person will be burdensome and costly to the Association’s Board and other Members who are required to address salaries, benefits, personnel management, office space & equipment, and other overhead costs. Volunteer Directors have their own businesses to run.

Torii Phillips Association Management, LLC is an alternative to an all volunteer business trade association management, sharing the costs and efficiencies of operating a non-​profit business trade organization with several other organizations that do not pose a conflict of interest. An association management company provides a full-​time staff of experts to provide a set of stated services to an organization. Because of the inherent efficiencies, the cost for the services provided is more affordable, efficient and manageable than hiring a full-​time staff.

Established in 2002.

Torri Phillips Association Management LLC is owned and operated by Brian Swingle since 2002. Prior to 2002 the business was operated under the name of Torii Advertising.
