Superior Window Tinting

These guys are spectacular. Have had two cars done here for tint — they do solid work for a fair price.
In the first scenario, flawless. In the second — I had a couple microbubbles that didn’t go away post-​install, and they quickly revised it, per their guarantee.
Not sure about the negative review posted — I thought Juan was a cool and respectful guy — I enjoyed visiting with him while work was completed.

I’ve had nearly a dozen vehicles in my life so far and each one I’ve taken to Superior. Friends and family of mine have been here. Always an awesome job. It’s a family oriented business which is nice. They show that they take pride and care in your vehicle time and time again. My only complaint is the wait time. I’m not a patient person.

Do not take your vehicle here! This business has an F rating through the Better Business Bureau! They have gotten this rating because they refuse to respond to BBB complaints. I brought my brand new SUV here about a month ago and got it back with bubbles in every single window. Also, there is now permanent damage to the molding around my windows. The owner, Juan, advised me that replacing the tint would take 8 hours and asked me to submit an invoice from the dealership to replace the damaged parts. When I told the very nice gentleman on the phone about my issues he advised me to stop in at 8 o’clock before they opened and he would be there to take my keys so I could arrange a ride to work from a friend. I drove over an hour to find NO ONE there! We stayed for 40 min and knocked on every door we could so I finally placed a note stating I would like a refund for the tint and $ for damage done on the counter along with the invoice. I left my phone number for contact and left for work. The day went by with no call so my sister followed up for me by calling the owner. She barely got out a sentence before the owner, Juan, began using foul language, stated my note was very rude, and that I must be lying since no one would tell me to show up at that time! He then stated he would only reimburse me for the damage once I paid to have it fixed and once he felt like submitting it to his accountant! Juan also stated he normally charges $ 100 to take off tint, even though it was his business that messed it up in the first place. He finished the conversation by stating he doesn’t want me back there and that he doesn’t «take Sh*t from any b*tch»…
I looked at BBB and will be filing a formal complaint with little hope that my problem will be resolved or that I will get my $$ back… The sad thing is I was referred here by a dealership that didn’t even take the time to review the background of the business that they were referring their clients to. I will be following up with them to seek a resolution but please don’t make the same mistake I did! I was willing to work with them until they made it apparent that they had no problem using ghetto tactics when it comes to follow-​up with customers.
Update: I was able to get a check sent to my dealership 3 months later in order to replace the damaged parts with labor. Unfortunately I am stuck with the shotty tint job and the dealership I went through (Russ Darrow Honda) ordered one of the wrong parts and is refusing to fix their error. If you have already had an issue, don’t expect a resolution… I waited 3 months for a check to my dealership and the only reason that happened is because they still wanted to get business from the dealership.
