Seriously every single time I come to this drive thru I wait a at least 10 – 25 minutes. They need a better system, tell the cars to pull up to wait. Idk something it seems like a store error considering I’ve never had it happen at any other store and it happens at this one every time… and you can’t even pull out of the line you are stuck waiting, since a parking lot is in the other side. Fix this please Starbucks! I would say no stars but that’s not possible. I’m sure other people feel the same way.

This Starbucks had tons of people begging for money walking back and forth behind the building and all through the drive thru area knocking on people’s windows. Was very uncomfortable. This happened twice while waiting for our drinks and once more exiting to get back onto the main road. We also waited about 15 or so minutes for our drinks, super slow.

What can say about Starbucks besides… I also enjoy their coffee and have never had bad service and what I really enjoy is ordering and paying from my iPhone and walking it the shop and my drink is waiting for me to grab and walk out. Thanks for that.

What can you say about Starbucks. Always very fast and friendly service. Plus the coffee is always fantastic. In all my travels really never encountered a bad Starbucks. So this one compares with the rest.

I don’t usually make use of drive-through coffee shops. My first choice would be to sit at a nice locally owned independent café and enjoy some coffee while I read or get some work done. Second choice would be to save money by brewing fresh ground at home. Third choice, when on the run, would be McDonald’s, their coffee isn’t bad, and yet I found myself needing some caffeine, and the McDonalds had a really long line of cars, I was in a hurry between places and needed the boost. You need all this background information. My recommendation is limited, if you need drive through coffee in the Miller Park area, this is your best choice. Fast, convenient fresh overpriced coffee to go here.

Dear Starbucks Miller Park Way, I love you, but I need a greater sense of urgency at the drive thru. This location has, by far, the slowest drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced.(The Whitefish Bay location has the slowest counter service ever). You do a great job with drinks and you are generally very friendly, but it is a high traffic location and you are obscenely slow. I know it’s not just a lot of cars, because as I creep towards the front of the line I see cars just waiting for their drinks and I usually end up sitting at the window for several minutes waiting for mine. Please speed it up and I’ll just love you to pieces.

I came here almost every day this summer and the baristas were so nice and friendly! I love going to this SBUX and always get fast, quality service, especially through the drive thru which is funny because usually that’s the slowest thong about SBUX.
