Let’s say it’s a nice clear day and not too cold (alright, I know I’m stretching this scenario already)…you’ve got a bored kid (s), and you know you have to get out of the house before you start invoking behavior reminiscent of The Shining. Get your butts to Slice of Ice! A small but well-​kept rink right on Water St, and it costs nothing to skate, just $ 8 for rental. Oh, and did I mention there is a full Starbucks next door? If that doesn’t tempt you, perhaps the beer available at the skate shop will :) Anyway, it’s a great way to get some exercise and kill an hour or so. You can thank me later.

Wonderful ice rink in park setting in downtown Milwaukee!
Large rink well maintained… great crowds… nice warming house with lockers right along with a Starbucks!
What more could you want? And it’s all right next to the City Christmas Tree!
Great way to spend part of your New Year’s Eve or Day!
