My return to this hotel was all that I had hoped for: Same competent & friendly staff, clean & quiet rooms, free wi-​fi, daily breakfast, coffee w/​flavored creamers in the lobby. I feel safe while staying at this hotel. I will continue staying here for my yearly visits.
This is the year of road construction in Milwaukee. Hopefully, the ramps & roads will be open for my return trip next summer.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. We stay here whenever we are in Milwaukee. It’s quiet with convenient access to many other locations. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long-​term stays. Staff is excellent. Amenities are good. We’ll be back often.

Pros: Great hotel, stayed for two weeks on a surgical contract and it was noise-​less. Clean, roomy and great location. Starbucks is across the street, loved it. Outstanding staff at front desk, very accommodating. I would stay here again!:)
Cons: shower head isn’t the best at spraying, but perhaps the one in my room lol.

I’ve stayed here twice. Once for a night out in MKE and the other because I had an early flight out of MKE and did the package to leave the car here for a few days.
Easy to get to, great location, no shortage of bars or restaurants in the area.
Clean rooms, front desk was funny, engaging and very helpful each time.

Overall it was an ok experience. First what we didn’t like:
The staff at the front desk, more specifically a young lady who works the day shift (they do not wear name tags) was not very pleasant. When we checked in she tried to tell us we had 2 reservations. I explained it was just me and my husband so we only have one room and she argued with us over it.
On the second day of our stay we left the room at 9:00am and there was a bag tied to our door stating that they skipped housekeeping service because we had our do not disturb sign up. At 9:00am it’s too late to get housekeeping??? Then on day three we left extra early in the morning so they didn’t skip us, and we came back at 1:00pm and they had not come yet
The rooms are basic but clean. The pool/​whirlpool is nice. The daily breakfast is basic but ok. The room wifi works but isn’t very fast unless you pay to upgrade it.
I don’t think we would stay again simply because I really dislike grumpy staff at hotels.

The beds are amazing! The hotel is super clean! Breakfast is great lots of choices… The reason that there is not 5 stars is the person at the desk! She was rude, not friendly at all. Her name is Kelly! If she checks you in do not expect any kind of friendly chatter or even professional niceties … She really did effect my stay. I was there for 4 days, then had to travel to MI for two days. Then back to that hotel for 2 more nights… I had lots of experience with the staff and she was the only one that was unfriendly. Other than her… Place was amazing!

Garbage service, they could not find my travelocity reservation because they spelled my name wrong and ended up charging me twice. Terrible customer service as well when trying to sort out the issue, never again staying here. As for the room, average is about as inspiring a description as I can provide. Heed my advice and look elsewhere…

Nice rooms, bathroom in rooms are awesome! I am loving the walk in shower with no tub! I gots to get me that in my house. Front desk is friendly and fun. Rated 4 stars because Internet isn’t fast. Fast Internet is important to me. I receive 1.5 second time outs in IRC chats and YouTube videos buffer. I am not even going to try skypin. Thought maybe location of my room is far from router but I am getting full signal strength. Maybe they are cappin me. Oh well. Beds are comfy and perfect for jumping with your shoes on!

Everything you need for an overnight to catch a flight in the morning: free shuttle to and from airport, free parking while you’re away on your trip, friendly, helpful staff, firm beds, and even a decent breakfast. The pool and hot tub spa are a plus, and there’s a good quality, family-​friendly (and inexpensive) Greek restaurant practically next door. This isn’t our first time here and it won’t be our last.
