Good food but you must pay for water. I always worry about the solvency of a company when they can’t afford to give water for free. Cashier seems sad with little people skill. The money saved with free water is out done by no repeat business. Basic business acumen.

Walked in at 8:00pm, they close at 8:30pm on Saturdays, placed our order and the guy said«ohhh you’re eating inside, we close at 8:30». Ok that is in a half hour… and this is a fast food restaurant, what exactly is the problem? Half of the chairs were already put up when we walked in. Food was good, but you shouldn’t rush guests out and close early.

I have been here 3 times in the past six months and I will never go back the staff is are the most rude and very lazy people. I went there with my daughter and Grandson every high chair was dirty so my daughter got a booster seat instead and we but my grandson on it and he fell off of it the bottom of the seat had pieces missing off of it and it made instead. My Grandson cut his lip I talked to the manager and asked if he had any napkins and told him what happened. Instead of him helping and being concerned he closed the door to the kitchen and ignored me. I emailed thier corporate and asked for somebody to call me and they never did. I know why the Milwaukee area has only 1 and I haven’t seen then in other areas. This place is really bad don’t eat here.

This is out 5th time here, and they have not been a disappointment. They are very quick, they make the sandwiches perfectly, and the service is good! We ordered, and split a Lemon Dill tuna melt, and caprease ciabata(yum). The lemon dill sandwich just tasted like tuna, but the caprease was frickin AWESOME!

This location is not closed because we ate here tonight. The employees were strange but helpful and the food wasn’t bad. Got a couple of sandwiches since the pizza oven was broken. The chips were delicious!

It’s like this place is trying to go out of business. The floor is filthy, in general the dining room is disgusting.

I normally love all Schlotzsky’s and have visited this location multiple times. A few years ago it was as expected. Since then the prices have risen across all items twice. To the point a medium sandwitch is now $ 7 minimum. The deli is very underkept, dirty and long in the tooth. The owner of this franchise clearly is attempting to pump it for all the money they can. The last straw is now they have removed the tap water dispencer and refuse to fill a cup with water for you. Forcing you to either buy bottled water, soda or go without a drink. I will not be returning to this location ever. I strongly advise in its current state to avoid it.

Dear franchise owner. I love Schlotsky’s but this is THEWORST deli I’ve ever been in. Bathroom is filthy and gross, chairs cracked and tattered, floor covered in food. Please clean up this poor excuse for a place to dine.

Fast, easy and not too horrible for you. My boyfriend and I come here quite often and usually we eat in. The tables are always clean, the staff is always super friendly, and they bring your food out quickly even though it is all made fresh. The bread(Sour dough is my favorite) is always warm and chewy. The boyfriend highly recommends the desserts and usually ends up with a slice of cheesecake/cake that they have, and I can vouge for the brownies — they’re really good. They have a wonderful selection of drinks as well, including the hard to find Lo-Cal Sprecher Root Beer(Only 1WW point!). The salads and soups are always good as well, and always have a large variety of choices. Really convenient and always close parking. WIFI is available and speedy, and lots of TVs so the boy can catch up on the Brewers/Cubs game while I watch E News :)

Descriptive phrase: fast-casual sandwich shop. Schlotzsky’s Deli is a great lunch spot. This particular location is prime, on the corner of Highway 100 and Cleveland. Inside you can tell it’s a chain by the overbearing décor and marketing, but it’s more of a takeout place anyway(though there are tables to sit and eat there). Walk up to the counter and order. I wanted to try one of their special seasonal sandwiches($ 6 for a small), plus 3 small cookies($ 1) and a bag of chips($ 0.75). They’re known for their toasted sandwiches and unique bread. Unfortunately, they got my sandwich completely wrong. How do you go from guacamole and beef to turkey and mayo? Not a huge deal, it was still delicious. Their bread is always fluffy with just the right amount of gritty. Sounds odd, I know, but it’s uniquely tasty. They usually have fresh and fantastic soups to choose from, as well. Schlotzsky’s Deli doesn’t make the best sandwich I’ve ever had, but theirs is definitely a step above the normal sub shop and a welcome break from the monotony of most lunch stops.

Around 2pm on a Saturday this store was out of medium sourdough bread. After electing to wait 10 minutes for my sandwich my to go order was brought to me. So far so good. Then I opened the bag. Both sides of the bun were charred black and the top was a crushed mess. It was also light on meat for a deluxe. My Sprecher root beer from the gun was barely drinkable as it had too much seltzer, light on the syrup. Of course the owner was not on site when I called to complain and 24 hours later she has still not returned my call. There are plenty of food options in this location. You would do well to choose another.

I’ll admit it, I’m biased. I worked at a Schlotzsky’s(not this one) during high school and college. That being said, I can attest to the quality standards that Schlotzsky’s ensures all its stores adhere to. I can also spell Schlotzsky’s correctly on the first try, a skill I’m sure will win me millions on a game show someday. The bread is baked fresh daily and the sandwiches are well constructed. The personal pizzas are also very good. I normally get one with half basil pesto and half sundried tomato pesto. Here’s a tip for vegetarians who want something different: order the cheese original. It’s not on the menu all the time, but they can always make it. Basically it’s a toasted bun with melted parmesan and cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, their chopped olives, and mustard. It may sound weird, but Schlotzsky’s hot sauce is my favorite hot sauce. It’s not overly hot, but it has really good flavor. I always have a bottle in my cupboard and use it on almost everything: eggs, potatoes, sandwiches, tacos, etc.

I love Schlotzsky’s the staff is very friendly and the owner is great. Sandwiches have always been good, I have never had a bad sandwich. Soups are delicious too! Cozy place to stop in for a bite to eat. Menu has a good selection of deli sandwiches and pizzas. Will continue to go as long as they are there.

Excellent sandwiches and pizzas! This is a step up from a typical sub. The sourdough bread makes the sandwich great. The personal sized pizzas are really good. A little more expensive than fast food, but a couple of steps up in quality! The house brand hot sauce is not too hot, but is very flavorful.
