I needed to have some body work done on my vehicle and they were able to help me out. I called in ahead of time after getting a quote from my insurance company and they accommodated the cost that was quoted despite it being less than what they would usually charge. Though they didn’t originally sound happy about it, they agreed to match the cost.
After a week of waiting and not hearing a response, I learned that there was an error with their system so my original order did not go through. I was told that it would be in by the end of the week. I scheduled an appointment, called the morning of the appointment to make sure the part came in — turns out it didn’t and that it was supposed to come in by the end of the day, Friday. Though I asked for a call once the part came in, I didn’t hear back. Monday morning roles around and I was told that it was going to be in by the end of the day. I wish they would have communicated that to me in advance
Scheduled another appointment and got it fixed within an hour. They’re flexible with getting people in as long as the part is present. The repair didn’t take longer than 40 mins. They even washed my car once it was finished.
A-​Ok because I think communication could have occurred differently on multiple occasions.
