Ok place to get cheap hair products but store full of workers that only help other spanish speaking customers. Suuuuper ghetto and unprofessional store manager yelling at the other workers in front of the customers. When I asked for my twist and lock hair product the store worker just gave me a dirty look and pointed to what she called the «ethnic» isle. Are you slow or something, all people have ethnicities. Horrible customer service, seems like everyone there hates their job. Go there if you are desperate, otherwise take the extra drive and go somewhere else!

The store itself is a great place to stock up on beauty supplies but don’t expect much help from the staff. They are rude and «fake nice» at best. As I have in the past I ended up helping out customers who looked more confused after being «helped» by an actual employee. As I was helping the other customer the employee scurried over to a co-​worker and started speaking in spanish while staring at us.

I come here to get inexpensive shampoo concentrate. A 33.8 oz. bottle of pomegranate sage shampoo is $ 2.99 with Sally card. Dilute with water and now you have at least 8 liters and you don’t have to buy shampoo for a long, long time!

Decent place to pick up hair, skin and nail care supplies. The staff is usually helpful and friendly. At peak times it can get really busy and crowded. Overall, not a bad place to get good deals. Be sure to get a Sally Beauty Card for more savings.
