I’ve been servicing my two cars at Ruby Isle for almost 6 years and they have always been excellent to work with, trustworthy, and fair! I’ve never felt pressured at Ruby Isle and I trust their judgment without question. I really appreciate how they explain the problems and recommended solutions in a very clear way. They don’t just do the quick and easy fix to get a high turnover of cars in and out. They always have made sure there work is done correctly the first time and that there are no surprises lurking somewhere else! I highly recommend Ruby Isle since they will care for your car just as much as you do!

Highly Recommended! Ruby Isle Auto has been working on our company cars for many years. I’ve always found them to provide great service at fair prices. My most recent experience concerned brakes Toyota Camry. I expected a major brake job but they diagnose the problem as brake dust and required adjustment. REFRESHINGLY HONEST!

Highly recommend this place our cars muffler fell off as we exited the freeway last week… our old junk runaround rusty 1990 Chevy cavalier. Brought it in hoping they could fix it as the sign says tire but they do do other work besides tires thankfully. Our payday wasn’t for another week and we didn’t have the money right then to pay for the exhaust repairs which came to over 200.00…which was a fair price by the way; the car was fixed in a day and since we needed the car for doctors appointments and such in the coming week we just asked if they would let us have the car now and pay when we got paid and the answer was yes. In this day and age of money first I want everyone who reads this to know this place puts people first and gives service with a smile. Give them your business. Ruby Isle is a rarity among auto mechanics: friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, HONEST. How refreshing is it when you come by excellent, honest service! Today I took my car to get new tires. I was saddened to find out that, as this was my first tire replacement on my «new to me» used car, that the dealership that sold it to me A) failed to mention I had special aftermarket rims and tires B) these special rims and tires needed a «key» to get them off C) never supplied me with the key!
John and his staff were not only understanding of my situation, but on the phone with the dealership to explain the situation. When the dealership wiped their hands clean of the situation (see my Napleton Mazda review – I am STILL fuming about it), Ruby Isle put my in touch with a tire place that sold me the «key» I needed!!!
