Pilates Movement offers personal training and group classes for every skill level with a fully equipped studio. Pilates Movement offers the highest standards of teaching with annual Continuing Education and Certification requirements. Pilates Movement has teamed up and expanded together with Vita Fitness and Physical Therapy, offering a fully equipped fitness club, massage therapy, marathon training programs, locker rooms and shower facilities.

History

Established in 2005.

Pilates Movement is the first classically trained Romana’s Pilates Studio to open in downtown Milwaukee, Wi. Pilates Movement is equipped with NY Gratz Reformers, Cadillac, Wall Units, Chairs, Barrels and Mats designed by Joseph Pilates.

Therese Stark owner of Pilates Movement was certified by Romana Krysanowska in 1997 and is dedicated to teaching the work of Joseph Pilates. Therese attends annual continuating education conferences with world Master teachers.
