N & S Towing

If there’s a way to give them less than 1 star… that would be their rating. If they didn’t have the contract to tow cars from freeways, I would not be surprised if they went out of business. I would never wished that on my worst enemy but I think they take advantage of people so I don’t believe they deserve to be in business. We wanted to pick up our van because we didn’t know we could of call our own towing company (AAA). Our van slipped getting off the freeway ramp and hit the side rail. When we found out we could of use our AAA, it was too late, they took the van away already. We called right away to arrange a pick up but apparently the paperwork is not quite ready (whatever that means) and by the time it was done they were close for the evening and we have no choice but to pay for overnight storage too.

Had a vehicle stuck in the road in a heavily traveled area. Called them multiple times and they kept saying a couple of hours but wouldn’t even give a time. What a joke — highly recommend ANYONE but them!

I called them over 2 hours ago and was told the truck would be here within the hour. I just called them back and was told maybe another 30 to 45 minutes more. WTF? Who’s running this clown circus? Definately WILL NOT call them again.

HORRIBLE! I think I’d still be waiting for someone to come, if I hadn’t called someone else in the mean time. The receptionist was awful and very short with me, like I was inconvenience to her. Told me someone would be there shortly. 10 minutes she called back and confirmed the address, and said someone is almost there. Hour goes by, and I call and she said someone is on their way. Another hour goes by, and I call back and she says it will be a half hour. Called another company to help me out, and then N&S finally showed up. Told them to leave and thanks for nothing.

do not call this company for a tow unless you enjoy being lied to and waiting over 3 hours during a non busy time. horrible, i’ve never experienced poorer service.

Scammers will grab your car and run anywhere in Tisa while your dealing with the police!!! They have the city contract and will take your car and run when it’s drivable and then require you to show up with a title even though the cops just ran your plate and its your car??? Then charge you a storage fee and a excessive tow charge !!!

I had a great experience with N&S! The band holding on my muffler rusted over — my first car problem in a new city plus an emotional day to begin with resulted in me freaking out. I called N&S and was helped by a calm and very friendly employee who helped me to figure out my location (which was between residential areas). The tow truck arrived within 35 minutes, which I think is a good amount of time from West Allis to Granville. The tow employee assessed the damage and took my car across the street to the nearest repair shop. The fee was about $ 89, very reasonable. The employee informed me that I could get reimbursed by AAA (or at least, try to) — he was very personable and helpful, we even chatted a little bit about being in a customer-​based position and the problem of difficult customers.
What stood out even more to me is that the employee from the office called me to make sure that everything went smoothly. Now, that is good customer service.
I will definitely use N&S again if in need!

They we’re very professional here at N & S. My tow truck did not get there for a pickup) before 5:00 when they close the lot, and they gave me an extra 15 minutes. Would recommend to a friend.

I can’t say enough about N & S. I had a flat during rush hour headed south on I-​94. The problem was with the valve so I couldn’t have changed the tire even if it had been safe enough to do it (which it wasn’t). My mechanic told me to call N & S, which I did. After a reasonable wait they called to let me know they were close. When the truck arrived, the driver immediately told me to get in his truck and he’d take care of everything. I nearly started crying with relief — I hadn’t realized how scary it was on the outer curve of the highway, watching the car careen past (not always staying in their lane!). I drive a Smart, which has unusual towing requirements, but the driver knew exactly what to do. We were quickly on our way. They will definitely be my call next time I’m in need.
