Went here with my girlfriend and there was an obvious old dunk guy and a homeless begger in the restaurant that kept asking us to buy him food. It made my girlfriend feel unsafe, which upset me. The staff seemed not to care what was going on, and were on their phones and talking to each other. When we got our food(to go) the fries were unsalted and dry, and my cheeseburger was worse than the usual McDonald’s cheeseburger you get. I’ll gladly drive the extra 2 miles to eat at a different McDonald’s before I ever come back to this one.

I have to be honest, I dislike Mc Donalds and try to avoid you guys. But your chocolate shakes are to die for in a pinch. Also now that you sell some breakfast all hours… I’m down for it. Came to this location yesterday, ordered a sausage egg and cheese Mc muffin a d a chocolate shake… It cost $ 7.94, today I paid $ 3.77 and found out its a special. Well while in line… With a long wait so we all know, an employee by the name of Erica was working… She stepped upto the plate. She began ringing in orders, filling bags and sodas and was a HUGE team player in the midst of what some may consider a hectic moment in the food industry. With only 1 cashier and 3 guys in the back, one on fries and one on drive through… Expectations of speedy service should not be had. I really applaud and admire Eric’s drive to not let her team fall. Great service and with a smile non the less! Keep up the great work!

Never eating at this McDonalds again. Not only did they not have the meal I ordered, but I waited 20 minutes to get my food. After checking my food, to make sure it was right, which it wasn’t, the woman tried to persuade me that the wrong order was what I actually ordered. Such a let down from this location.

I usually only attend this McDonalds if my friends are in need of food before a show at the Rave. Service is hard to rate depending on the day. Sometimes we get ok service, other times we have to wait at the counter for the employees to stop chatting amongst themselves. The food is typical McDonalds food, but in all honesty I would rather eat at the Taco Bell down the street for cheap eats.

It’s a McD’s. I’ll leave the menu out of it. Service here has been pretty good each time I’ve been through. Although it’s not the cleanest of McD’s, it’s not the worst. And, given it’s sketchy location, they do ok. Flaws, however, exist. For example, when I go to the drive-thru, and I ask for nuggets, I’m going to be disappointed when you say the fryer is off at 930pm. I will live, though, it’s okay. But then, when I ask for selects, and you say those can’t be made either, why didn’t you tell me that when you said no to nuggets? And then I asked about the chicken sandwich and that was a no, so I asked what else I couldnt have so that we didn’t have to play«go-fish» for my late night craving of grease and salt. Ultimately, I learned that, after 930pm, there would be no chicken-product products, nor fish, apple pies, McBlizzards, cones or milkshakes. I shed a tear over my two McDoubles with no pickles or onions(my choice, they had both options) and orange lavaburst Hi-C.

This McDonald’s is consistently slow, crowded, and has poor service. The food is fine, though. To their credit, the management seems to be on the ball, but they hire the stupidest people they can find, it seems. Orders are taken incorrectly, incorrect change is given, you are consistently ignored after your order is placed due to poor task management on the employees’ part. Drive-through is usually okay, though.
