WOW! Never again! We came here last minute and ordered 2 Mcdoubles W/NO cheese No mustard and add grilled onions, 3 mcchickens 1 w/no mayo, and 3 dipped cones. After we paid, the guy working told us he could only do 1 mcdouble so we had to pick something else.(how does mcdonalds only have ONEFREAKINGMCDOUBLE!!!) What we actually got; 1 ¼ pounder with extra mustard, extra cheese, and burned onions, 3 mcchickens all with extra mayo, and 3 regular ice cream cones. On top of all of this, we waited in the drive through for about 45 minutes! We better hurry up and pay these tards 15 dollars an hour.

I only come here and if I really want chicken nuggets or for some reason, want a burger that McDonald’s offers. I usually go through the drive through and for a while, there was a male employee that worked there. He would constantly hit on me, even after mentioning my significant other, wearing my wedding ring and actually went through the drive through with my husband. I’m usually flattered if a guy hits on me but it got to the point that it was creepy. Luckily, as of late, I haven’t seen this employee but then again my visits to McDonald’s lately has been few & far between.

I had probably my worst and most embarrassing customer service incident happen here yesterday. I came in for the free coffee advertised on TV and all over. Last time they ran this promo it was all day. I bring my kids here for the ice cream. First of all the parking lot needs to be repaved. We parked right by the right door and proceeded in.(It’s more bumpy than a ride at the Dells) It was my teen aged daughter and I and my youngest daughter. We enter the door that has a handmade sign that says«free coffee» on it with a cut in half hot cup. I get to the register and order my cup of free coffee. The teenaged kid tells me he will get it for me. Then he tells me it’s not free. I said«Well look at the door. » Yes I could have said forget it but the door says«free coffee.» I also ordered a ice cream for my kid. She had it in hand and was eating it. I was pretty mad then as the POS credit machine wouldn’t take my credit card. It didn’t say declined it would just go to debit. I could have paid with debit yes, but there is a fee.(Yes I am one of those people that don’t carry cash) I know I have credit on this card and use it all the time here at this Mcdonald’s. We come for ice cream pretty frequently. By this time all of the staff has gathered around to watch. I asked to talk to the manager and by this time there is a huge line behind us. She proceeded to show me the signs plastered on the window that say«morning only» for the free cup of coffee. I came in the side door not looking at the other windows only pointing out the free cup of coffee sign I saw. By this time I was really steaming. I should have just walked out but the lady did give me a cup of coffee finally after belittling me to the rest of the staff and the store. Really was it worth losing us over a free cup of coffee and a .50 cent ice cream cone? The boy behind the counter did by my daughter the ice cream cone though. Great because it was half eaten. I am sure I could have dug up some purse change for it. My teenaged daughter walked out so embarrassed as did I. Trust me, I am not some bum off of the street. I ended up giving my daughter my coffee. I was pretty mad at this point over a situation that pretty much was nothing and could have been avoided but the shift manager chose to make it a really bad customer service situation.

F this place! I drank entirely too much coffee the morning I stopped in, and that always means I stop into a fast food joint since the bathrooms are easily accessible. Out of politeness and maybe a little guilt I try to buy something if I use a restroom at a business. I just couldn’t do it this trip. I went in thinking this was perfect, I’d go to the bathroom, change the baby, buy her a Happy Meal and let her run around the Playland for a bit. This bathroom changed everything. The bathroom was downright filthy, I went straight home, took a shower and burned my clothes. You have a Playland here, why don’t you have a changing table in the Men’s bathroom? Do you really want Dad’s who come here with their kids changing poopy diapers on your tables or benches? There is no place to change the kid, I ended up changing her in the parking lot. If this wasn’t bad enough, the bathroom stall was riddled with offensive graffiti from opposing racist factions. This graffiti obviously is dated pretty far back, as there were references to the 2012 election as well as multiple rebuttals to multiple statements. Isn’t this one of the most open minded, diverse areas in the city? Why wouldn’t you race to clean this up? That was enough for me to go home disgusted. Clean up your act, and your bathroom while you’re at it.

Can I give it less than 1 star? I also dislike(hate?) McDonalds, but every now and then when I’m next door at Milwaukee Makerspace and I’ve been deep into a project and haven’t eaten in 6 hours and am about to pass out, I go to this place and get«food» and I hate myself a little bit more afterwards.

The service sucks here. I never eat Mc Donald’s, but I went in for a coworker and the girl didn’t say hello, and when she gave me the food, she didn’t look at me or say anything cuz she was talking on her cell phone. I couldn’t believe it. Nooooo standards. Horrible.

Yeah, I hate McDonald’s. But, for us brain-washed catholic types, nothing pleases the guilty conscience better than a Filet-O-Fish(or two) on a Friday during Lent. I’ve only tried drive-thru here and the service has always been really good. Yeah, I hate McDonald’s.

In recent times, McDonald’s has been undergoing something of a renaissance into trying to become some odd upscale Starbucks-a-like, and in doing so, as a parent, I’ve been disappointed to see a number of nice playlands disappear. McDonald’s seems to have forgotten that they have the playland market cornered… so anyways, I’ve decided to review some and share some hints for other parents. No doubt, this location has a nice playland. Unfortunately, it suffers in other ways. The tables were dirty and nobody seemed to be working on cleaning the lobby or playland tables, even after two hours. There was what appeared to be yesterday’s ice cream hardening on the lego play table, which had no lego bricks. The playland itself was in reasonably good shape, except where kids had defaced it inside with marker(some of which we found could be rubbed off, except clearly the staff had never bothered to try). To top it off, when we got there, there were what might have been homeless people sleeping in the chairs by the fireplace in the lobby.(Don’t know for sure about the homeless part, but they were still there when we left) It’s a real shame since this location has such potential. Is it too much to ask to send someone around to wipe down the tables once an hour, and to clean the facility daily? Because if they’re doing it, it sure doesn’t appear like it to customers!
