McDonald’s

Probably the worst restaurant I’ve been to. Only car in drive thru around 8:00 PM. Sat and waited for someone to take my order in the first lane. After I didn’t receive a response I backed out and went into the 2^nd lane (Dual lane). Still no response. After about 8 minutes I drove up to the first window and waited another 5 minutes… Nothing! Drove to the second window and saw a live body. Kind of waved my hand at her and I got the «what do you want look»? Finally got my order placed and promptly received the coldest chicken nuggets ever. Shut it down!

Boyfriend and I went there on Sunday Dec 19, 2015, at 11:04 in the morning had a card for All Day Breakfast with a egg mcmuffin on the front, back side of card read Buy one Get One FREE ALL DAT Breakfast Item. Free item must be of equal or lesser value. We gave it to the clerk who never smile or even spoke to us, he look at it with a confused face and proceed to take our order which was 2 Hot Cakes and Sausage, 2 Med coffees with cream. No where did we order an Egg McMuffin Sandwich, Got charge for both orders of the hot cakes and sausage and coffee. No charge for egg mcmuffin that we didn’t order. Rec’d hot cakes and sausage, coffee and egg mcmuffin that match picture on card. Coffee was place on counter, not on a tray until hotcakes came and sandwich, had to ask for silverware and stuff, didn’t rec’d butter had to go ask again and cream not in coffee. When we walk into the this McDonalds only one register was open and employees were no where to be found, just standing around towards the fryer. We didn’t go ask for a manager because there was only this clerk taking orders and there was people behind us, more than 2. Never going back, tables not clean off, service was horrible. Employees more concern on other things, also the Clerk was a guy and I think he should had a hair net on because of the way he had his hair, flopping up in the air above his hat.

Reasonably friendly, but very slow service. Possibly the worst McDonald’s in the area. Always seems to be lots of employees in the dining area and behind the counter, but very few actually helping to prepare and serve customer orders.

This is the worst and most poorly run McDonalds I have ever been to. I will never return to this location. It’s s comedy of errors.
I ordered a classic grilled chicken sandwich meal with a large diet coke. I got a chicken sandwich with the deep fried McChicken patty (off of the $ 1.00 menu)
Fries were not real warm, and I was given a regular coke even though I asked for diet and clarified at the window it was. Drive away headed back to work. Called McDonalds and complained. I was told that they would provide a replacement meal. Went back two weeks later and they would not honor replacement meal… After multiple issues hear I am done will not ever go back to this location…

The website lists their hours at open, however all employees state they are closed. All the lights inside and the drive thru are on: employee greets us at the window to state the hours are wrong and their supervisor can address. Notes many people inform them about the website, but never any correction.

The food is as it should be for a McD’s, but every table in the restaurant is dirty and the staff seem only to care about yelling to each from behind the counter.

Just getting into town before a wedding and wanted something to tide me over until the reception.
It was 12:45 when I pulled into the line at the dual drive thru. The wait was understandable being a Saturday around lunch, but once I finally got to the window I understood what the issue was. The screen was not working at the drive thru to make sure my order was correct.
The young man taking the money seemed to care less about the customers and more about the conversation with his co workers. There were 2 other employees behind him just hanging out with a 3^rd filling a mop bucket. I thought there was a camera at the drive thru to keep the orders straight, I got to the window and had to retell him my order.
Getting to the 2^nd window the young woman was very polite, double checking that it was my order and making sure the lid was tight on my drink. Was on my way quickly after that.
I got a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, didn’t receive the sauce I requested, and half of the fries were dumped into the bottom of the bag.

The managers are the only qualified employees here, often covering for what appears as store wide staff incompetence. Very strange vibe here for a Mcd’s. It seems to me that as a paying guest, I am the outsider. Many of the associates are grumpy and preoccupied. Cold shoulder service would be an accurate description. The kitchen production crew often makes mistakes and I often receive items gratis as a result. I know that working at Mickey D’s may not be the most rewarding restaurant career choice but sheesh… this restaurant needs a team building makeover.

I just paid a dollar more for my usual lunch than I’ve paid at any McD’s outside of an airport. Still cheap, but I’m annoyed anyway. Otherwise, just another location.
