History

Established in 2010.

Jacque Salentine-​Busby, President and Owner of Luxe Travel, LLC, purchased a small leisure travel agency in 1983 called Salentine Travel. In an ever-​changing industry, and as a seasoned world traveler with 25 years of experience in the travel industry, she has placed a focus on technology and strategic alliances leading Salentine Travel to become one of the travel industry’s fastest growing and innovative travel agencies in the U.S. Ms. Salentine-​Busby succeeds through innovation, persistence, partnering with industry leaders such as Virtuoso and Funjet Vacations, and integrating key Internet technologies into her travel businesses. This philosophy led to five years of doubled sales at Salentine Travel, a philosophy she now brings to complete fruition with her current luxury travel agency, Luxe Travel, LLC.

Ms. Salentine-​Busby is a Premium Member of American Society of Travel Agents, Inc (ASTA), serving as one of twenty Corporate Advisory Council members and a featured speaker on the panel for Entrepreneurs at the ASTA convention in September 2006 and Virtuoso Travel Mart in August 2007 and August 2008. She serves on the Luxury Travel Advisory Board, is a member of A&K Connoisseurs Club three consecutive years and is a Platinum Travel Society member. Luxe Travel, LLC, is female owned and operated, member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), member of the Cruise Line Industry Association (CLIA) and in satisfactory standing with the Milwaukee Better Business Bureau. Luxe Travel is also an affiliate of Virtuoso and Specialists in the Art of Travel, the world’s oldest and most prestigious luxury travel association. In 2009 and 2010, Ms. Salentine-​Busby served on the Technology Board for Virtuoso, and from 2010 to the present, she is on the Virtuoso Marketing Board.
