History

Established in 2015.

The Law Offices of Corcoran & Foster were established when two associates of a former firm left as the old manager retired. We bring our bankruptcy, contracts, and immigration experience with us to form a new law firm located in the heart of the Riverwest neighborhood in Milwaukee, WI. There we hope to provide skilled counsel to an underserved population, as well as promoting the growth of our newly chosen community.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Attorney Foster received his Jurist Doctorate degree from the University of Iowa in 2011. He moved to Milwaukee shortly after and has found a community that he can comfortably call home. Since then he has worked a wide variety of cases ranging from corporate mortgage assessment to resolving landlord/​tenant disputes.

Both in school and in practice Atty. Foster’s primary focus is on bankruptcy law. He has been in private practice for some time and has volunteered at the local bankruptcy clinic. Whether it is a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 he is ready to assist in consumer bankruptcies.

In 2015 Atty. Foster, with co-​owner Atty. Brendan Corcoran opened a new law firm with the hopes of providing affordable counsel to a formerly underserved area.
