Business Owner

Dr. Karen Merkle, Optometrist graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1977. She worked in a variety of practice settings until 1996 when she purchased Kind Optical.

Dr. Merkle enjoys providing family eyecare. She specializes in fitting contacts including bifocal and gas permeable lenses. Every patient’s needs are important to her and she takes time to discuss the concerns they may have.
