$ 100 lost ticket fee!!! That is insane! They must love to capitalize on this for people who are trying to take a ticket, get their luggage together and find the entrance to the hotel. Great way to lose a ticket and get screwed over!
The garage we stayed in had construction up the wazoo too, making it difficult and a little scary to drive through. Be extra careful in the garage attached to the hyatt, and keep that ticket close to your heart! Don’t make the same snafu we did! :(

I’ve been parking here for a while and am appalled at the way their staff handle issues. This morning I walked up to my car only to find it blocked off behind caution tape with no notice or warning. Apparently construction is going on and almost all of the lower floors are now blocked off and someone felt the need to block my car behind tape. You’d think Isaacs would have the courtesy to warn their monthly parkers or post a notice that almost half the floors are going to be blocked off for god knows how long. I was parked on one of the lower floors so after managing to get my car out from behind the tape I made my way down to the Wells side exit as I normally do, only to find that the path to the first floor exit was blocked by construction workers’ equipment, and the crossover was also blocked by a construction worker’s truck. When I called to let Isaac Parking know about this, they behaved horribly and expected me to know that the exit path was going to be blocked off. Somehow I was not only supposed to know that the path to the exit would be blocked, but I was also supposed to know that I needed to go up a few floors and cross over to some other exit that exists and go out that way… which meant that from where I was parking I would have had to reverse my car up an ENTIRE floor because the crossover was blocked by a construction car and that crossover was taped off. Just a friendly reminder that your monthly parkers are what keeps your shoddy building in business and gives you the money to do construction so you’d think you’d treat us better and not make it a hassle to get in and out of the building, or at the very LEAST give a written notice that exits and floors are going to be blocked off for an extended period of time. Because trust me on this, no one is psychic and will have this information readily available if it’s not made available.

I recently parked here for a weekend while a guest of the Hyatt Milwaukee and was very distrubed by the fact that the lighting in this garage at night was non-​exsistent. One light by the entrance door to the walkway is inconsiderate of the customer. Additionally, $ 25 a night for parking in MKE in an unsecure garage is a rip off. The lack of concern by the company is evident in that there is no ‘contact us’ on their web-​site. I’d recommend you park somewhere safe and where there is someone on duty to address concerns and needs.

Overall friendly and helpful office staff. I had an issue with one particular employee and made a complaint. The staff member who took my complaint was definitely concerned and did follow up with me on the resolution of the issue. The attendants are friendly, too.
I do the early bird special (no sign) of $ 5 cash for parking without in-​out privileges. You have to get there by 9 and be out around 5. Pull in to the parking lot on the side and wait for the morning attendant to come out (do not pull into the structure where you have to take a ticket).

I would give negative stars if I could.

They overcharged me and then were rude.
I asked for a receipt and they refused.
I go downtown almost everyday and thought that I would give them a chance. Worst decision I’ve made in years!!!
You get a much better rate using the city parking lot less than 1 block down.
Do not park there. Horrible!!!
Waste of money and they are rude!!!
