Jaci has done our engagement photos and my boudoir shoot! I absolutely love her professionalism and her energetic vibes! I highly recommend her!!!

Jaci did a photoshoot of us and our baby a couple week ago and the photos turned out amazing! We look so natural in the photos which I feel is something hard to achieve. Jaci has a very uplifting personality — our infant loved her and gave the camera lots of big smiles. She told us the photos would be ready in 1.5 weeks and she was able to beat the deadline. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the photos and will definitely be going back to Jaci in the future when we need a photographer.

Jaci was our photographer for our recent wedding. She is absolutely amazing to work with — so helpful, supportive, and available to answer any questions or provide guidance both prior to and on the day of the wedding. She has an incredible talent for photography and her ability to capture the details and special moments — both «pre-​planned» and spontaneous — through her work is phenomenal. In addition, she is very prompt and works hard to publish a preview of her work for your event and all of the final photography is also delivered in a very timely fashion! We can’t wait to work with her again and would absolutely and highly recommend to her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer or photographer for any other occasion!

Jaci is one of the most creative and stylish photographers I’ve worked with in Chicago and Milwaukee. She’s got such a great eye for style and elegance and the shots always have a beautiful edge to them. I would recommend her in a heartbeat for weddings, engagements or corporate events. Big fan!

Listen Unilocalers, I am not one for writing reviews except when people make me angry, but I have to give credit and applause when it is due. I wrote a review about Jaci after the engagement shoot she did for Jim and me. Jaci is wonderful, the photos were some of the most beautiful shots I have ever seen and we did nothing except laugh because Jaci just seemed to «get» us. You can read that review below. Our experience with Jaci was above and beyond any expectation I could have ever set in place which is why I am compelled to write this young woman a second review. I was told by several friends that if there is one area not to cut corners it was photography and I had heard so many horror stories about crappy photography and photographers to last me a lifetime. Jaci was accommodating, patient, professional and if we could have designed our perfect photographer, she was it. Jim and I just happened to get lucky. Jaci met with me to get specifics as to what we wanted photos of, with whom and when which made the day go smoothly. Even when the wedding reception was going on, she grabbed me quickly and said, «I know you wanted shots of your friends and we haven’t gotten them yet. Should we go ahead and grab them quickly?» Thank goodness she remembered. Let me tell you that when family photos rolled around it was like herding cattle. Jaci remained calmed, pulled everyone together, took test shots and somehow managed to get everyone done in a matter of 15 minutes. Honestly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jaci; I really can’t. She did everything and more than I asked for and the photos are the most beautiful pieces of art that I have ever seen! I don’t feel that she is overpriced by any means. I hunted for photographers and there were far more who charge double what she does and their work isn’t even a quarter of her talent. I can’t wait to order our prints, books and canvas art from Gloss. True testament of her talent, there are far too many photos that captured the love that Jim and I have for one another, picking prints is going to be a complete dilemma.

I had many friends recommend Gloss Photography Studios to me as I started to plan my wedding. I contacted Jaci and set up the consult right away. We hit it off. It was like we were old friends reuniting. Fast forward, to after our engagement photos and wedding photos; absolutely amazing. She has such a flare for incorporating many styles of photography throughout the shoot and event. She is one of a kind. She totally ‘got’ us.

So let me just start off by saying the photos look great. Sadly I had a few problems. 1^st we waited forever to get our photos back. I had to call and email a few times before getting Jaci to get back to me on where they were. 2^nd they cost A LOT. Jaci stated that was due to the work she put in editing the photos. When we finally got them around 3 weeks after being told we would have them non of them had been edited. On the plus side she did give all us the photos for the cost of the 4 digital ones we paid for.
I do not think I would use her again.

I highly recommend Jaci and Gloss Photography. She shot newborn photos of our son a few years ago and we have since returned for one year photos, Christmas photos, and just recently newborn photos for our second baby. She managed to capture great photos even though our baby cried through the entire shoot! Every time we order prints I have to stop myself from ordering all of them — I could easily wallpaper an entire room with her photos. Do not hesitate to book a shoot now!

Jaci … excellent doesn’t even begin to describe her talent. She was recommended to me by a friend who had her as their wedding photographer… and it was a tough sell to my husband, who has very particular taste in photography.
Jaci won him over in a heartbeat. She is creative, fun, and effecient. She snaps so many photos in such a short amount of time. And she was able to capture the raw emotion from our wedding. As everyone says, the day itself goes by way too fast. But thanks to Jaci — I get to relive those emotions, the day, over and over again.
The only down side, Jaci has to deal with us for the rest of our lives ;) Because we’ll be wanting her to capture all our special moments forever!!!

Jaci is an EXCELLENT photographer. I stumbled upon her two years ago and I immediately fell in love with her work. She has since done two family photo shoots, a boudoir shoot, a newborn shoot, and a maternity shoot for us and we have LOVED all of them. We cannot recommend her more and the only issue is that we wish we would have met her sooner so she could have shot our wedding!

Jaci is a wiz. So creative and cool for families, weddings or headshots. Well rounded studio. Sam and Jaci are great with edits and follow up for your order, making all clients feel special. Don’t go anywhere else, you only get this kind of service from boutique studios. Rock on Gloss!
