These people are so friendly here. Great service besides they will handle what has to be done.

I came here for tires because it was close to work and they advertised «$ 9.99 oil changes for the life of the tires». I thought this was a good deal, since oil changes usually run me about $ 50 bucks, and I could easily take my car there during lunch and walk across the street to Target or to get lunch.
The tires are fine, no complaints there. I got my first oil change with no problem. The second time, they argued with me and said that my oil was too expensive to be included in the deal, and that they could «change» my oil for $ 9.99 if I brought my own oil. Crazy, right? Then they told me that I must have bought a different car because they had me in the system as having something else. Nope, had the same car for the last 10 years. After much back and forth and starting to walk out the door, they said they would change my oil for $ 9.99 this time, but not again. Why offer a deal if you’re not going to honor it?
I really only went there for the oil change deal, so I won’t be back. There are plenty of tire places around that have good prices and won’t lie to you to get you in the door.
